***SCAM ALERT!*** DO NOT BUY FROM MGK SHOE CLEANER! One of the salesmen got me to stop and applied some leather cleaner on my boots. Gotta admit...they looked good. But here is the problem. He hustled me. He told me bogus prices (some as much as 250% msrp) and ended up charging me $70 for the xl starter pack where it is $29 on the retailer's site and on amazon. I was told I couldn't get a refund by another salesmen. I finally spoke to the original guy and he gave me all the excuses in the world about how the product on amazon was wrong. He even admitted to secretly putting a 10 dollar tip on the price. I told him I know times can be hard and he has to make money (commission). But here's the truth, its for majority of others as well. This kiosk should be shut down for scamming people.

The woman that is working the office as manager right now is the best manager. She will make sure things are fixed as soon as possible. Her name is Micheal. She is awesome and I pray she stays as Manager her!!!! I have been living here for a few years and she is the only one that can do her job right. When you have a issue she is on it and does follow ups to make sure the job was complete.

Mall security profiles me! Me and family came to visit Texas on vacation, decide to go to the mall to shop, first time ever being in a mall so everything is new to me, however, not even 2 minutes there, I get profiled infront of my family by mall security telling me to leave, I ask what I did wrong because I genuinely didn’t know if I did anything wrong, they said “we don’t need a reason” I continued to ask questions to try and understand what was happening, but it wasn’t until someone said something over the walk that he said “never mind, you can go” then just left us, didn’t even apologize for the misunderstanding or anything. Shout out Buckle for being so kind and helping with our shopping, love the other stores and employees aswell overall great place. But I hope that the mall security can be more thorough with their “investigation” and “professionalism” when it comes to the security of the mall. Leaving a 1 star because the security guard never apologized for anything and left me shaking and full of anxiety. I do not want to go through that emotionally power trip ever again so I will not be returning to this location.

I tried taking my younger siblings here to do some shopping, our first impression of this place was watching my younger brother get profiled by security not even 2 minutes upon entering the building. Whilst they were talking to my younger brother as a suspect, they told all of us to leave the building. They told us that they don't have to explain the reason when we kindly asked why. It wasn't until they received a call that they told us "nevermind" and let us go. The mall has a great selection of stores, I personally enjoyed the amount the variety that this mall offers. I would hope that the mall security staff be more comprehensive as well as proficient in their job. Probably not taking them back there for due to that ridiculous situation my little siblings had to watch unfold, it could have been handled far better.
